Cafe Ebel (Praha)

Ebel Coffee (founded 1996) is a Czech brand of Select Coffee that offers the world’s top coffees from forest farms, a rarity in the coffee community today. The small shop of Cafe Ebel is just a few steps from the Old Town Square. Having a coffee there is a real coffee treat. The friendly Baristas will advise you on what coffee to buy for moments of comfort at home or to take with you, how to grind it, and how to prepare it. The founder of Ebel Coffee, Mrs. Ebel, has been working for years in Direct Trade with the natural farm Finca Jerusalén, which represents Specialty Coffee from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras. “We are proud to support a farm in pure nature,” says Ms. Ebel. Farmer José of Finca Jerusalén grows coffee trees in a 150-year-old forest with a myriad of trees, plants, animals, birds, and forest insects. Geisha coffee and other rare, delicate arabicas are grown in this salubrious environment in the mountains. Geisha has been one of the most popular coffees under the Ebel Coffee brand for years.
