Pohostinec Monarch is located in Na Perštýně street in the center of Prague. The place has an original atmosphere and has been named since its foundation. Firstly, as a wine bar, then gastrobar and the current restaurant, Pohostinec Monarch, was opened in May 2017. The project features the Premier Wines & Spirits Group, as well as the Grand Cru Restaurant, and the Pohostinec Karlín. The group also has a leading player in the wine and spirits market, Premier Wines & Spirits, which is the exclusive supplier of spirits, wines and soft drinks, as well as own brands such as Baron Hildprandt, Liqvére, Altfernet, Aperitif or Wild Wilder.

The authentic and unrepeatable taste of the dishes is provided by chef Jan Volšička. Customers can see him in the open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant. The main focus is on quality raw materials and their processing, our goal is to use as many local raw materials as possible. The menu also includes old-style meat steaks with USDA certification, which are just one of the modern twists of the whole concept.

Pohostinec Monarch offers traditional Pilsner beer and semi-dark beer Blatenský Kohout from southern Bohemia. The wine lovers here have the opportunity to taste the beautiful wine selection from the winemakers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, but also the well-known wineries from the rest of Europe.

The Pohostinec Monarch is the ideal place to meet friends, to have gala dinners, business meetings and corporate parties.
